  As an Events Team Member, you’ll help the team be a driving force behind event success. You’ll help events run smoothly, ensuring clients and their guests feel cared for every step of the way. From setup and vendor coordination to final walkthroughs, you’ll make every celebration exceptional.

•  Be the energy and professionalism that every event needs
•  Support day-of operations for flawless event execution
•  Collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver outstanding experiences
•  Perform pre- and post-event walkthroughs to ensure everything is perfect
•  Work alongside team members to maintain efficient venue operations
•  Enforce venue policies and standards with care
•  Set up and tear down event spaces, including furniture, décor, and equipment
•  Keep the venue clean, organized, and “show-ready” at all times
•  Handle specialty installations like ceiling décor
•  Partner with vendors (catering, bar service, entertainment, florals, planners, etc.)

• A genuine passion for events and hospitality
• 1+ year of experience in event venues, hotels, or catering (preferred)
• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Comfort with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, setting up furniture/decor, etc.)
• Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods, working indoors and outdoors
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends
• U.S. work authorization (required)

• Part-time role: Up to 30 hours/week, based on the event schedule
• Flexible schedule: Mostly evening shifts, some day-time setup shifts
